I've been on summer holiday for a week, and I've been doing a lot of reading and laying about and not enough art making.
I finished rereading Sabriel, written by Garth Nix, which was one of my favorite books of my early teenage years - along with the rest of the Abhorsen trilogy - and it was just as good as I remember it being. If you haven't read those books, please give them a try because writers for young adults don't make books like that anymore. All the books for teens NOW are filled with vampires, werewolves, and spoiled girls who attend private schools.
This is a piece that I was inspired to create while reading Sabriel.

That's such a tender study.
